Due to the amount of clients that cancelled last minute, my deposit rule is changing. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. It was way too chaotic this year with people cancelling sessions and asking to use it for another session, so I've taken advice from 2 other Tulsa photographers and used their guidelines to better my business and also save on the head ache of trying to fill your slot last second.
However, I will transfer your deposit if:
-I had to cancel due to weather or if I have a personal reason or emergency.

$185.00- 30 minutes
$225.00- 1 hour (family of 6)
*Request a price for a multiple family picture session/extended family pictures.

-All other session types (Senior, Maternity, Family, Individual) at a location in the Tulsa Metro area. Your pictures will be available for direct download with a secure password.
-Extended family sessions-Please email or message me on FB for a quote depending on your group size.
-15 minute sessions. These are on designated weekends chosen by me or a theme on most major holidays: Valentines, Easter, Watermelon, Halloween, Christmas mini sessions and more! I will post them on Facebook weeks in advance. I also do random minis throughout the year.
Themed Sessions Include:
Valentines, Daughter/Son of the King, Cheerios, Back 2 School, Mommy & Me, Daddy & Me, Christmas (Kids), Christmas (family), Bubblegum's, Pumpkin, Halloween, Easter, Watermelons, 4th of July and possibly more added on.
-Lifestyle Sessions-These take place in the privacy of your own home. Up to 2 hours. I will take pictures of your sweet baby in the nursery or whichever room you'd feel most comfortable and also get sibling and parent shots as well. This is such a relaxed setting for baby and parents.
-Studio Sessions- These take place in my home using my backdrops/lighting/props. Up to 2 hours. These are just for baby and not families as my studio room is not big enough settings for families. Feel free to bring along any prop or special item you want pictured with your baby.
-Fresh 48 pictures are taken within those first 48 hours of you being in the hospital with your new lovie. After you get settled in your room with baby, I will come to your room and capture those first moments with your new sweet baby. Moments that you never want to forget that you'll have for a lifetime in photographs.
-All clients must pay $50 deposit to hold their slot at time of sign up and the remaining balance will be paid at the time of your session.
-All Gift Cards, Lockdown Clients and Sales will expire a year from when they were given.
I totally understand when kiddos get sick... believe me, I have 3 kiddos myself. I had way too many call me (literally minutes) before their session (or no show at all) But, as a business and my livelihood, I need at least 48 hours.
**IF you do not give me a 48 hour cancellation notice and still want to use my service in the future, you will be required to pay the total session fee at the time of sign ups from there on out.
**IF you no show for a session, I will refer you to use another photographer for your future sessions.
**Sneak Peeks**
With every session, I typically post sneak peeks on my Facebook business page. This is a fun way for you to see a couple pictures that will be in your gallery! I have all rights to your photographs. If you do not want sneak peeks, please let me know at your session and you will only get your pictures in your password protected gallery. Hiring Ooh la la Photography to be your photographer is a verbal contract that I have the right to use your photographs on business cards, flyers, promotional advertising and sneak peeks (unless requested otherwise). Thank you.
